A Non-Profit Company Registration is an organisation that uses its surplus revenues to further achieve its purpose or mission, rather than distributing its surplus income to the organisation's directors.
This registration Includes Name reservation, company formation, appointment of auditor, retreival of company bank documents and issueing of shares.
You will be required to complete a questionaire, in order for us to ensure accuracy of the formation with CIPC.
The process begins with reserving a company name at CIPC.
What we need from you:ID/Passport copies of all directors, Completed Registration form(we send it to you for signing) and Payment. The documents can dropped off at our offices, mailed or faxed.
Once the registration is completed, all Company documents will be available for download and then a business bank account can be opened (these documents are necessary for opening a business bank account). Throughout the registration process we will keep you posted about the progress status at every stage via emails and text messages (SMS) so that you are well informed about the timeline.
